The International Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association (LIMA) continues its 2008-2009 series of online seminars with a session focusing on different types of corporate brand-extension licenses and how to evaluate their strategic value and revenue potential.

"Case Studies in Corporate Brand Licensing" will be hosted by Stephen Reily, CEO and co-founder of IMC Licensing and Hal Worsham, managing director-association licensing at Leveraged Marketing Corp. of America (LMCA).

A longtime executive in corporate brand licensing, Worsham has headed up global programs for such companies as Everlast Worldwide and Converse. LMCA represents a broad range of companies, including Arm & Hammer, Mott's, Pfizer, Samsonite and Winnebago.

Reily oversees licensing strategy and client relationships at IMC Licensing. Brands represented by IMC include Kraft Foods, Louisville Slugger, Valvoline, and Wrigley. Both co-hosts are frequent speakers at licensing industry events.
