TRADE-IN PROGRAM AT STAPLES
"Trade in, trade up" promotion offers $30 back in Staples Rewards with the purchase
of a new GE or RCA-branded home or office phone; runs October 12 through November 15
at Staples stores nationwide
INDIANAPOLIS, October 7, 2008 – Customers can bring their home or home office telephones to any Staples store nationwide for recycling, and receive $30 back in Staples Rewards when they purchase select models of Thomson's (Euronext Paris: 18453; NYSE: TMS) GE home landline telephones and RCA home office landline telephone systems priced $75 and up.
The month-long Staples "trade in, trade up" promotion begins Sunday, October 12 and ends on Saturday, November 15th, 2008, the 10th annual America Recycles Day.
"We hope $30 back in Staples Rewards will make things a little easier on consumers' pocketbooks this season, especially for families and small business owners," said Tom Bratton, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Thomson Consumer Network Solutions.
